We have identified an error in the supported language listings for the recently released iOS versions of Muv-Luv and Muv-Luv Alternative on the App Store. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and confusion this may have caused our customers.
■ Details of the Error
The following languages, which are not actually supported by the applications, were incorrectly listed on the App Store:
- Incorrect: Japanese, English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese
- Correct: Japanese, English
■ Regarding the Correction of the Listings
We are currently in the process of correcting the App Store information and expect the update to be reflected in the near future.
■ Regarding Customers who purchased the app based on the incorrect information
We are currently consulting with Apple Inc. regarding the handling of refunds for customers who purchased the apps based on these incorrect language listings. We will provide further information as soon as the details are finalized.
